Health Benefits of Eating Clean

There are so many benefits from eating fruits, vegetables, fish, whole grain, tea ect. After exploring my curiosity through much research, I've found a plethora of benefits from eating food from the earth! Its amazing how food has all the minerals and nutrition we need. Here are some changes in my body I recognized just by switching my eating habbits and incorporating daily exercise into my life! :)

11. Visible Veins in Feet and Hands
12. Tighter Smoother Skin
