Lose Belly Fat Fast

Trying to lose belly fat...well, it's a real pain. We've all tried method after method with results ranging from mediocre to nil! It's discouraging, believe me, I know. I used to carry quite the old tummy around.


I tried diet pills, fasting, jazzercise, and some things I'm too embarrassed to even share. I'd lose a few, then life would get hectic, or my daughter would get sick, or my husband would have to travel for work, something always came up that through me off track.  The little bit of weight I lost came right back. Lose 5, gain 5, that was my vicious cycle. Sound familiar?

I know many of you struggle the way I did. Paying for supplements, personal trainers, appetite suppressants, the latest diet book. You pay through the nose and all you lose is your money!

What finally did it for me, my neighbor Sally. Sally was just like me, only much heavier. She tried EVERYTHING, even bariatric surgery. She lost over 100lbs...and gained back 90. It was heartbreaking for her, and for those of us who care about her. It seemed like she had given up after gaining all that weight back, and she was clearly depressed!

She told me she was going to try one more program, and if it didn't work she would just make her peace with being fat (her words). About a month later Sally had lost around 10 pounds and seemed happy.

"Oh no" I thought. The first ten pounds are the easiest. They get you all revved up for success, and then...the dreaded plateau!

I was quite worried that Sally was just repeating the pattern one more time.

Another month passed, and lo and behold, Sally had dropped another 8 pounds. She had a big smile on her face and I started seeing her in new, smaller clothes!

Another month...8 more pounds!

At this point it seemed like whatever she was doing was REALLY working for her. I was too intrigued to not inquire! Sally told me about the program she was using, and following in her successful footsteps, I jumped right on it. The rest is history!

In just over 7 months Sally lost 78 pounds! When I look at her before picture, I don't even see the Sally I know now. She's more confident and outgoing, is always smiling, and even waters her garden...in shorts! Her husband Jay was so impressed that she even managed to get him on the plan (Jay is NOT the type to go on a "diet").

Both Sally and I feel like we are making a fresh start, and leaving our failures behind us. The lose 10, gain 10, rinse and repeat cycle is OVER!

The best part is the program we used was inexpensive and EASY to follow. It dispelled all of the myths that we fell for in the past, and laid out simple methods that WORKED. We learned the right foods to eat to burn belly fat, and the right foods to eat to keep it off. 

We've recommended it to our girlfriends and family members, and several are on it now. We want them to share our success, and we want to allow YOU to share it as well.
