Staying Motivated Through Fall-Winter Season

"Ugh, I'm wearing a bikini this summer, I'm bustin out my short shorts and half tops."

There are a thousand and one reasons to stay motivated throughout the summer, but what about winter and fall. Here are a few reasons to stay motivated with exercise through the fall and winter season.

1. Get a bellybutton piercing
(Getting a piercing will help you stay reminded that you will want to sport that when summer is back in full season).

2. You can gain 5,10 or more pounds in 1 month
(If you slack off or stop from exercising and being active in the fall winter, you will have gained everything back by march or april, and wouldn't have time to get back in shape, so stay focused and don't gain more than 5lbs, which is easy to loose).

3. Buy clothes that fit you
(Buying clothes that precisly fits your body gives you determination to stay fitting in your clothes and keep up your lifestyle).

4. Buy some tight fitting party dresses
(More motivation to stay fit).

5. Plan a trip to somewhere hot.
(If you plan a trip to a hot state where you'll where shorts or a bikini, its almost like trying to get your body ready for the summer. And like I said their are plenty of reasons for that!)

6. Buy a revealing halloween outfit
(Everyone loves halloween. And is it me or does it seem like most halloween female costumes are revealing, or at least the ones we'd like to wear? Make it a goal to be a jeannie for halloween so you can focus on getting that core ready!)

7. Buy tight fitting winter clothes
(This winter make tight fitting short dresses with tights, low cut jeans (hello reverse crunches) and fitted everything your style. You won't have no choice but to stay motivated to look good in your clothes).

8. Sign up for a 5k or 10k Run
(This will give you a new challenge to work towards).

9. Do a new indoor sport, activity or exercise
(Doing a new activity will help you focus on overcoming and accomplishing it, the weight will follow).

10. (If your at your goal) Always try to loose 1lb or 2
(Even if your at your goal if you focus on loosing 1lb or 2, it may actually happen. But if not its fine, at least your within your goal range).

11. Weigh yourself every other day or weekly
(Some people say don't look at the scale, but the numbers will show what if your exercising enough or eating the right amount of calories. However remember, it takes 3 days for whatever you ate to show up on the scale.)
