The Stuff I Eat

The following is a list of dishes I eat. I don't follow recipes. In fact I just read them to inspire me to cook something. So the recipes below are a combination of my creation, food box recipes and actual book recipes.

Breakfast
-Wheat Pancakes (Aunt Jemima) - (Recipe on back of box)

-Vegetable Omelet
*Chop about 1/4 or less of a cup of veggies- (Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, Spinach, Onions)
*Use 1 serving of cheese

OR

-Omelet Wrap
***Put a few slices of lunch meat on a pita wrap, slap omelet on pita wrap, fold it over, put it on a pan with peanut, grape seed or olive oil, wait till brown, put on plate, cut it in half, let it cool!


-Banana Oatmeal (350 calories and great for before a workout!!)
*Your choice- Olive Oil, Peanut Oil, Grape Seed Oil
*Serving of Old Fashioned Oatmeal (1/2 cup)
*1 Chopped Banana
*1 Tablespoon of honey
*1/2 cup water
*1/2 cup Almond Milk (Look in the dairy section by regular milk or get Almond Breeze)
*a dash of cinnamen
