(Check the book for exact numbers)...But your body temperature should be between narrow numbers like 98.0, and 98.6...I think if it dips to 97.6 and below you may have a thyroid problem. (The author mentioned something like doctors don't always detect thyroid problems. So thermometer checks three times a day can help determine this.
