I am about to give you a short list of foods that burn belly fat. Yes. That’s right. The following foods I have read have some things in them that actually promote weight loss or getting rid of belly fat.
HOWEVER! Please do not eat these in place of balanced and proper nutrition. Please still eat your vegetables, fruits, dairy, poultry, beans and nuts and whole grains.
