-Chop up raw veggies and put them on a tray in refrigerator. Sit some veggie dip nearby.
(Examples: Cucumbers & Tamatoes dipped in apple cider vinegar, Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflour, Celery)…(Apple cider vinegar has an acid that burns belly fat. Check your local GNC store for some all natural all pure apple cider vinegar).
-Get low carb snacks so if you binge a little it won’t add up as fast. (Examples: Vick’s popcorn in purple & white bag)
-Only stock up on a few baked or sweet potatoes at a time. Only eat about 2 each week. (I learned from this)
-Make a fruit smoothie (use fruit and yogart). Drink this while your in class, at work, or before going to the gym. Also keep a large pitcher of water on the kitchen counter with lemon and kiwi in it. (Lemon is a fruit which has an acid that burns belly fat). It’s summer time now. Make water and beverages fun!
-Keep your pantry free of sweets (cookies, cakes, pies). Save that for special events, birthdays, wedding dinners, a night out with the girls, movie date ect. NEVER BRING HOME LEFTOVERS! Don’t train yourself to eat like that at home.
-Keep yourself occupied. If your bored, don’t eat, ask yourself, am I bored or hungry. Chances are, your bored. Pop in that workout DVD that’s collecting dust in the corner.
-Drink water. It keeps you full. Please 64 oz per day. You do the math. Enough said.
-Drink Green Tea. (This regulates weight so I’ve read numerous times). Also my pilates teacher said Oolong tea has some ageants inside that burn belly fat).
IN CONCLUSION
Make healthy foods easily accessible and make non-healthy foods accessable.
