"Tierra...what do you do..what do you eat!!?!?"

... A lot of people ask me this when they see my transformation...how I look now...

Everyone wants to know..what i eat, what time i eat, what store i shop at, what exercise i do, how much, how long, what time, what gym. The fact of the matter is...

THERE IS NO ONE PARTICULAR ANSWER FOR YOUR WEIGHT LOSS GOALS. YOU HAVE TO FIND THE DESIRE AND AMBITION TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.

I'm going to make a bold statement here: "America is fat and lazy and wants someone to solve the problem for them!"

I hate to see or hear commercials on diet pills that have magical solutions that will make you loose weight. Or even diet programs (In fact I wrote a paper on them that I need to post)

Its all false.

The solution for your weight loss is will power. Because at the end of the day it was willpower that got me to this point. It was putting down the remote, and slowly weening out the junk food for the pure foods..it was replacing the sugar with real sugar that comes from fruit and honey ect ect the list goes on. A lot of initial tips I retrieved were actually from simple google searches, blogs, books, and asking different fitness instructors from the gym different questions.

AT THE END OF THE DAY ITS WILLPOWER!
